Uncompromising quality single vintage wines

CLASSIC CUVÉE 2014 - Sold out on line

Straw gold in colour, great balance with creamy citrus notes and a hint of red apples. Nestled deep in the heart of historic Berkshire, this small privately owned vineyard has been established on the family farm at Enborne, a farm that has been in use for over 300 years.

Classic Cuvée 2014 Long Aged on Lees

Aged for over 6 years before release. Delivers sparkling golden hues with crisp orchard fruit, citrus and oven baked brioche on the palate. Vibrant, fine bubbles with a long lasting finish

SPARKLING ROSÉ 2014 - Sold out on line

A deep Rosé, reflecting the summer berry flavour of this most popular sparkling wine, delicately balanced with subtle lasting bubbles.

Sparkling Rosé - 2016

A bright, copper coloured rosé with flavours of juicy redcurrant, pink grapefruit and smoky Armagnac supported by aromas of citrus and spice and soft, lasting bubbles with a more-ish finish. Layered and gently complex from four years maturation.

Sparkling Rosé - 2017

Salmon pink in colour, with exuberant bubbles, smooth red berries, ripe peaches, and cherry blossom on the nose and palate. Balanced and lifted by a subtle refreshing acidity.

The Vineyard

The Vineyard

In 2010 Mark Darley commissioned a detailed viticultural survey of a south facing field at the family farm. The survey came back with a glowing report: perfect slopes, great altitude and wonderful free draining soil.

The Story

The Story

The parish church of St. Michael and All Angels dates from at least the 12th century although some say has features that date it to much earlier times, possibly Saxon.
