Our Tasting Notes:
Light golden colour.
English apples, Mediterranean citrus and jasmine notes, enhanced as the wine develops in the glass with vanilla and almond from 7 years lees ageing.
Like a gentle summer breeze, this ‘pour a drop more' style is crafted from our hand- nurtured Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Pinot Gris grapes.
Dry, filled with exuberant, fine bubbles and exhibiting a beautifully long length.
Pair it with:
Canapés, sushi, light picnics and seafood.
