DELIVERY We aim to dispatch the products you have ordered to the courier company we use for delivery to you as soon as practicable, typically within 5 working days and in any event within 30 days of your order. Any delivery dates supplied through the online store or following acceptance of an order are given in good faith and in the expectation that we will be able to fulfil them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you accept that time is not of the essence and we shall be under no liability for loss, damage or expense suffered by you or any third party arising from our failure to deliver on any specified date or time or place. We will not be liable for any delay outside our control though we will endeavour to keep you informed as to progress. Ordinarily, we use APC 24hr weekday or Royal Mail Tracked 48 to deliver the products you ordered. Please note that 24hr and 48hr are target delivery times and not guarantees. In particular, these times may be extended during periods of high volume such as Christmas and Black Friday and we do not assume responsibility for delays on the part of our courier company. You will be updated as to delivery times directly by APC and Royal Mail. If you have particular delivery requirements (such as a safe location to leave the product), please add these to your order instructions. Click and collect is free and available for all products on our website. At checkout select click and collect and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time and date to collect. Click and collect is only available for collection from Church Farm, Enborne, RG20 0HD. Please note that we operate a Challenge 25 Policy which means that if you appear to be under the age of 25 we may ask for evidence that you are 0f legal age to purchase alcohol which, in the UK, is 18. The companies we use to deliver our products may impose their own control checks and we shall not be liable for their failure to deliver if you cannot meet their requirements at the time of attempted delivery. We deliver throughout mainland UK. If you wish to order from further afield, please contact us on info@allangels.com so we can discuss the practicalities and cost with you. Please note that if you live in one of the following areas, the delivery charges listed on our website will not apply: please contact us to discuss the price for delivery: the Scottish Highlands (AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH,) and Islands, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order at the ‘Checkout’. You are responsible for ensuring that these details are complete and accurate. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when we have received payment in full for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction. Our packaging is recyclable and we would encourage you to recycle.
