Have you ever wondered how a sparkling wine blend comes together? This April, we’re inviting you to step behind the scenes at the vineyard and try it for yourself.
At our Blending Event, you’ll taste a selection of our 2025 base wines — the wines before secondary fermentation and before the bubbles begin — and discover how the final blend is created. Guided by Kay and Mark, you’ll have the opportunity to experiment with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and see just how much impact even the smallest adjustment to the ratios can make.

The afternoon will also include a glass of All Angels that most closely reflects your chosen blend and our ever-popular cheese, charcuterie and Berkshire Trout platters, making it a relaxed and sociable way to explore the craft behind our wines.
