All Angels Blending Event

You love the wine, you've seen where the grapes come from, you've heard how we blend BUT have you actually experienced a blending session? If not, read on...

We have only 20 spaces to sit down with us at Church Farm as we take you through the art of blending. Beginning with a selection of first wine pressings from our 2025 harvest to sample, we will walk through how we blend them and use your input as to how much of each wine we add to produce a potential 2025 sparkling wine. Once we've collectively decided on a blend, we will serve you a glass from our current releases, depending on which one is closest to the blend we’ve created.

Alongside this unique experience, we will be serving enticing platters of locally sourced cheese, charcuterie and Berkshire trout to nibble on. It can take us days to agree on the best blend, but you need only allow 2hr 30mins for this experience!
