Six years resting on its lees gives it those beautiful creamy, biscuity, brioche and toasted notes, while its gentler sparkle creates what Tom describes as an “amazing foamy, rich viscosity.”
Joyful. Generous. Delicious. And currently Tom’s favourite of the All Angels range. We’ll certainly take that.
